Mongolia became an EBRD Country of Operations in October 2006. The Bank is rapidly expanding its activities in the country, including equity investments which counted for half of the signed transactions in 2007. A Principal or Senior Banker is sought to work and be based in the EBRD Resident Office (RO) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The successful candidate will be expected to play a unique dual role in the RO by being at the forefront for the Bank’s Early Transition Countries (ETC) Private Equity activities in Mongolia as well as fostering the development of the Bank’s overall General Industry transactions in that country.
