This organization, whether it be an NGO or a uniformed unit in schools, provides training for young individuals to develop leadership skills. Through outdoor camping and workshops, participants can build their own unique characteristics. Ranks within the organization range from private (novice) to staff sergeant. Upon completion of training and graduation, individuals have the opportunity to continue their involvement and may be appointed as a warrant officer. Warrant officers serve as youth trainers or coaches, providing guidance and training to members and younger generations.
