Teladan Setia Sdn Bhd 简介

Founder Datuk Chao Poh Bun acquired 100% equity on March 27, 1997, initiating real estate development in Malacca. The first project included 294 residential units and 44 shops. Despite the Asian economic crisis, the project was successfully completed under the leadership of Managing Director Richard Teo, and the company received multiple awards. Teladan continued to expand, introducing projects with larger GDV, such as apartments. The success of the Atlantis Residences project led the company to be listed on the ACE market on March 16, 2021. As of 2023, Teladan continues to reflect, adjust, and grow.
