Taj Muhabath Sdn Bhd Reviews
Branch Manager
Current Employee, years in the role"Pleasant work environment"
I enjoy being at this location, as the staff and boss treat me well. However, I am seeking more experience and am interested in finding a new place.
Front Desk Agent
Current Employee, years in the role"Boost my selfassurance"
I gained a better understanding of customer communication and learned to handle various customer behaviors. My confidence has increased through serving and interacting with people, and I have learned how to effectively manage customers to improve company profits. The company's management is satisfactory. The most enjoyable aspect of the job is learning about different currencies, while the most challenging part is dealing with hot-tempered customers and resolving their issues.
Front Desk Agent
Current Employee, years in the role"This company is excellent"
I decided to resign because I want to pursue a career in electrical work. Currently, I am working as a front desk officer (FDO) at Taj Muhabath, which is why I have chosen to leave my current job.
