Founded in 2009, the company is located in Silicon Valley USA， China, also in the other locations. The company has more than 300 employees. 
The company has long-term stable suppliers as vendors with the world's top 10 most famous semiconductor design companies such as Broadcom, QUALCOMM, AMD, Marvell, ADI, GF.  Also leading edge of the semiconductor companies such as SYNOPSYS, ALchip, China technology and so on.  The company has completed the world's most cutting-edge project and process -40/28/20/16/14/12/10/7/6/5/3n.
