Job Requirement：

Diploma in any field.
Age below 25
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Basic knowledge of sales management and technical sales principles.
Calculation skills (able to handle simple math for pricing and commission reports).
Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible; able to provide regular updates to supervisors.
Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment.
Must be punctual and disciplined.
Must possess own transport.
Willing to work full-time in Johor Bahru.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers to close sales deals.
Prepare and create customized proposals and quotations for customers.
Communicate with customers to resolve post-sales issues and maintain long-term relationships.
Conduct site visits & meet customer across Johor for sales or after-sales purposes.
Manage and maintain personal commission reports.
Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management team.
Monitor market trends and competitors, and share insights with the team.
Support marketing activities, such as attending roadshows, events, or exhibitions if needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after project completion.
Assist in preparing presentations or product explanations during customer meetings.
