Through this job, I have gained knowledge on how our products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers. I also stay updated on industry trends by attending workshops, reading professional publications, and networking with others in the field. The most challenging aspect of the job is when everything feels urgent and important. The most rewarding part of the job is when my colleague and I achieve our sales targets and interact with a variety of clients on a daily basis.
