My first job in the hotel industry was at Sun Inn Hotel. At first, it seemed challenging, but as I gained experience, it became easier and I started to enjoy my work. I learned how to handle customers, answer calls, manage money, and solve problems. My manager also taught me how to handle online bookings, create staff schedules, and handle purchase orders. I am grateful to the staff at Sun Inn Hotel, including the manager and boss, for teaching me about management and boosting my self-confidence. I have found that there are no difficult tasks at Sun Inn Hotel as long as I am interested in what I am doing, and I enjoy interacting with guests every day.
