About ST Business Solutions

ST Business Solutions (STBiz) is providing consulting services focusing on one-step business solutions in Malaysia. The services are segmented into five departments:

1.      Department of Secretarial Department: New company is registered under this department. Beside company registration, all of forms of secretarial services a board of director requires are provided in this section.

2.     Department of Accounting and Auditing: Service of bookkeeping based on either monthly or quarterly or semi-annually or annual data is provided. Full management accounts are prepared under this department as well. Auditing service also is provided under this department through our audit associates.

3.      Department of Taxation: STBiz provides all taxation services such as tax return of companies and individuals, submission of form E, PCB and CP 204.

4.      Department of License and Registration: All forms of registration and licenses such as DBKL, CIDB, WRT, ESD, EP, etc. which are quired to operate a business in Malaysia are processed under this department.  

5.      Department of Legal Documents: STBiz provides legal documents in four classes such as for new business, existing business, online business and general documents which are prepared and processed by registered lawyer in Malaysia
