About Specialty Food Enterprise Sdn Bhd

The principal business activity of Specialty Food Enterprise Sdn Bhd (SFE) is managing and operating of restaurant and café. Today, SFE owns and operates all of Madam Tang’s Café, Signature Madam Tang’s Café and Food Stalls at major shopping malls in Kuching. Madam Tang’s is an established and branded chain of eateries in Kuching since 2005.

 

SFE’s goal is to be the leading F&B operator in redefining lifestyle dining concept in Kuching and beyond. To-date, SFE fully owns and operates 3 Madam Tang’s branches and 1 Signature Madam Tang’s Café which opened for business on 15th April 2015. It is the latest addition to the company’s chain of eateries. Signature Madam Tang’s Café is a high end fusion café offering unique local and Malaysian favourite food served to diners who seek for a warm and inviting dining ambience. At Signature Madam Tang’s Café, the restaurant truly lives up to its slogan “A Taste of Sarawak”.

 

The company has plan to open another casual dining restaurant at an upcoming leading megamall in Kuching in the fourth quarter of 2015. The new restaurant will offer a wide range of authentic Italian, continental and fusion cuisines that will set a new benchmark of casual dining experience in Kuching. In addition to the opening of the new restaurant, the company will also be setting up another food stall in the new Megamall concurrently. This is in line with the company’s organic growth plan for 2015. The Company also plans to expand its business aggressively through franchise system in the near future.
