I am being forced to leave this place due to the new president's new requirements, even though I don't want to. The college is excellent and the staff are all very kind. I enjoy working here and hope to return once the new president is no longer in charge. Haha.

The environment is positive, colleagues are supportive, and the work atmosphere is not overly stressful, although it can vary depending on your supervisor. The benefits are satisfactory. There have been some changes since the onset of Covid19.

The coworkers are supportive and productive in their tasks. The students' behavior is satisfactory. There is a limit to the number of teaching hours per semester. The office offers flexible hours for academic staff, allowing them to balance research and personal tasks. Non-administrative academic staff members have required meetings each semester. Quality control measures are in place for teaching and assessment methods. I gained valuable skills and knowledge from the quality control process, enhancing my communication, collaboration, and competencies.
