Software Optima Sdn Bhd (SWOPT) specialized in the research, development, sales & support of integrated enterprise business software for mid-size to large businesses. Established on 6th September 2001, SWOPT is based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. It is a member of Mafrica Group of Companies, a leading systems integrator and supplier of ready made integrated enterprise business software for the small and high-end businesses. SWOPT ‘s clientele has been growing. Our key customers are from the timber related industry and oil palm plantation industry. Some of the key customers are Harwood Timber Sdn Bhd, Sarawak Forestry Corporation Sdn Bhd , Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC), Department of Forest Sarawak and Mafrica Corporation Sdn Bhd (a RH Group of Companies), Sarawak Land Consolidation & Rehabilitation Authority ( SALCRA). All of our products use FIS engine as the common technology engine to drive the vertical industry solutions such as FIS CORE (Financial & Management Accounting Systems), FIS Planters (for plantation industry), FIS HCM (Human Capital Management), FIS PIC (Plywood Inventory Control), and FIS Plywood-Pro (for Plywood Production).
