The training center accommodates approximately 20 children, the majority of whom have cerebral palsy. One of the biggest challenges is motivating the children to participate in physiotherapy when they are not feeling cooperative. The benefits offered by the NGO are decent, with annual salary increases for high-performing staff, although they may not be as competitive as those offered by private physiotherapy centers. The management is supportive and understanding towards employees, and my therapist colleagues are experienced and always willing to provide guidance.
