Our client is a leader in turnkey and B.O.T. civil engineering infrastructure and township development, with projects and investments in South East and Far East Asia, Indochina, South Asia and the Middle East.

Due to their exponential growth, they are currently seeking a highly experienced General Manager to join their corporate offices based in KL, Malaysia.

This highly exciting and challenging position would also require you to make frequent trips to the Middle East to oversee and supervise their major projects in that region.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of these projects by ensuring that terms and conditions of the contracts are met and financial goals are achieved within the constraints set out by the Steering Committee/Managing Director.

You would have 12-18 years working experience in management of major infrastructure projects. A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a Professional Qualification would be essential.

You would also possess adequate technical expertise to resolve technical matters, appreciation of contract procedures and insurances, good interpersonal and communication skills, effective management of projects to achieve scheduled and budgeted targets.
