Properties under our management are repurposed into multiple usage, eg. homestay (Airbnb), storage etc. As a strong believer of space sharing and optimisation, we strive with 2 major objectives. One of our main objectives is to provide alternative rental options and potentially higher rental return to property owners. Nonetheless, we dream of a world in which individuals or businesses benefit from space sharing and are able to find the best space that meets their requirements, including accommodation, storage, personal workspace, office etc.

The team was founded by 2 enthusiastic Airbnb hosts, Feng and Rui, who started receiving requests from owners to manage their properties on Airbnb having seen to have done a great job and earned the SuperHost and Airbnb Ambassador status from Airbnb. While Airbnb is trending, it has been popular mainly in condominiums and tourist spots. To benefit the owners of other types of property as well, the team ventured into other ways of repurposing properties. Currently, properties under our management are repurposed into homestay (Airbnb), storage, private and coworking workspace, and workshop space.
