Job Description:

To follow up with collection and update into the accounting system
To prepare payment vouchers for payment which are due and update into the accounting system
To perform year end stock take or ad hoc stock verification
To finalize the account for year-end audit, prepare audit schedules and coordinate with the auditor
Possess good knowledge on maintaining a full set of accounts
Able to maintain general ledger, account receivable ledger and account payable ledger and proper filing of all payment vouchers and all other related documents

Job Requiremets:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree of Accounting or Equivalent
Prefer at least 2 years working experience in related field, knowledge of GL, is required for this position
Reporting to Manager, independent working, strong analytical ability, positive thinking and problem-solving skill
Prefer Mandarin candidate due to job requirement
5.5 Working days (Monday-Friday: 8.00am-5.00pm; Saturday: 8.00am-12.00pm
