The Strategic Role of Human Resource Management with Out-sourcing

These are interesting time for human resource (HR) managers or directors of the company. Globalizes production and sales mean more competition, and more competition means more pressure to improve — to lower costs, to make workers more productive, and to do things better and less expensively. For employers around the world, the human resource function is a key player in helping companies achieves these strategic aims. For example, more than a third of all firms now rely on contractors to ease out the liabilities of a company. By doing so, the risk management has apparently lower down the wastage or unnecessary extra cost incurred in their operation.

 

Most of local giant manufacturing companies moved their way to poorer and undeveloped countries whereby they can enjoy lower labor cost due to lack of local resources regardless of their business expansion but what they never realize is the risk factor in long run for their business in terms of the overhead of employing expatriates, monthly turnover & expenses incurred, communications, infrastructures, facilities, utilities, time factor and fluctuation of foreign currency have indirectly affected their businesses. By enforcing extra cheap labor to generate productivity which ends up with the same production cost in recruiting skilled workers is the side effect of oversea investment. Perhaps we should review in which manufacturing company still on the business in developed country like United States, Japan, Taiwan, Switzerland and etc. on how they manage their recruitment.....

 

The bottom line is Out-sourcing; by enforcing sub-contractors to do the job and achieve goals is the best solution of all to ease all problematic human resources issue and reducing risk factor to minimal level.

In the eyes of the laws of the Malaysian Government, we are given a license to manage and conduct the following business and activities:-

 

a)    Workers recruitment from overseas (which approved by Malaysian Government) out source them to company eligible and qualified with certain criteria and manage all the necessaries for the employer in Malaysia.

b)    Represent our client to recruit professional / skilled workers / expatriate under (DP10) and act as a consultant to deal with relevant documentation processing.

c)    To promote “Malaysia Second Home Program” and act as an agent or representative to the applicant (Foreign Nationality) to manage all relevant documentation.

d)    Helping the employer to process application for Worker Training Program.

e)    Act an advisor to the employer on all issue related and pertaining to the foreign worker recruitment.
