Sempro designs and builds Trim & Form systems and tool & die for semiconductor packages. Sempro Technologies B.V. was started in the Netherlands in 2003 by a group of experienced engineers in the Semiconductor industries. Our products stand out as they use the latest technologies and are therefore small and fast. We are building up our operations in Penang, it will serve as the regional headquarters for Asia.
