SEMI Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is a member of SEMI-TECH Group, an Advanced Industrial Smart Manufacturing Solution Provider, composed of Automation Division (Suzhou, Singapore, Malaysia), MES Division (Shanghai), Digitization Division (Shenzhen) and still expanding into other domains.

Our self-developed fully automated CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) solution provides efficient and stable production management services for the semiconductor/pan-semiconductor industries. It has already achieved mass production validation in multiple 12-inch wafer fabs. SEMI-TECH gathers the best software/hardware experts from China and South East Asia. The core members have successful experience and knowledge of semiconductor smart production execution systems.  SEMI-TECH currently has a workforce of over 800 employees, with technical personnel accounting for 80% of the total.

Our business scope encompasses various industries including semiconductors, photovoltaics, electronic assembly, rail transportation, new energy, home and personal care, medical, and chemical sectors. We currently have over 100 customers, establishing benchmarks in numerous manufacturing fields. In China, our market presence extends to 22 cities, while our international market spans across Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, the Philippines, and other countries.

SEMI-TECH's headquarter is in Shanghai. To date, we have established subsidiary companies in Suzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Chengdu, Hefei, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

History

1999 - Founded in Singapore by a group of CIM researchers. Initial focus was in the Semiconductor industry, has ventured into electronics and discrete manufacturing

2005 - Establishment of SEMI Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia

2007 - SEMI Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is awarded the MSC status by the Malaysian government

2010 - Won Best of Industrial Applications Awards by the MSC MALAYSIA APICTA (Asia Pacific ICT Award) – SECSTalk Pro III

2011 - Establishment of SEMI Integration (Suzhou) Co Ltd in Suzhou, China

2012 - Won Best of Industrial Applications Awards by the MSC MALAYSIA APICTA (Asia Pacific ICT Award) – EI Works 3.0

2021 - Acquired and grouped under SEMI-TECH Group of Suzhou Saimeite Technology Co.,Ltd., Suzhou, China
