Selangor Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd (SIC) was incorporated in 1985 initially to develop selected rural areas of Selangor Darul Ehsan Into potential industrial districts. Its objectives include the provision of assistance to small and medium enterprise to further enhance their development and to provide industrial premises either for sale or on a rental. A wholly owned subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), SIC become fully operational in 1985. SIC currently has an authorised share capital of RM4O million with a paid up capital of RM35 million..

Throughout the years SIC has successfully position itself in the industry and moving forward, it is focusing on these four main sectors i.e. property development, energy and telecommunication, financial services and e-commerce under the brand name Selangor Digital E-Supply Chain (SELDEC).
