I was impressed by the office ambiance at scopetel, with its nice decorations. The work environment at the headquarters was manageable for me, and the salary was good for a medium-sized company like scopetel. Despite previous reviews mentioning issues with salary and claim payments, I can clarify that these problems were likely due to financial constraints under the old management before 2017. Since being acquired by Northtelecom from Dubai in 2017, scopetel has been under new management with improved regulations and rules. Salaries are now paid on time (by the 28th of each month, or the next business day if it falls on a weekend), claims are processed on the 15th of each month, and there are good medical benefits including dental and optical coverage.

The work environment is positive, and the management provides excellent support. When I had a personal issue, I reached out to them and they were able to help. If you need tools or personal protective equipment, it is recommended to discuss with management first so they can provide them for you. It is advised to avoid purchasing these items with your own salary to prevent feeling like your salary is insufficient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working for this company and would be happy to return in the future.
