SOLS Health is a not-for profit organisation that consists of clinical psychologists, counselors, learning assistants, dieticians and volunteers (Behavioural Health Practitioners; defined in this proposal as BHP). As a behavioural health center, our main prerogative is to provide psychological services and advice to all people, regardless of race, colour, creed or culture. Since 2014, we have served over 200 clients that include adults with stress-related issues and personality disorders, children with learning disability issues, couples with relationship issues, families with deep-seated problems and NGOs that serve communities in need. Our clients come to us for consultations, assessments, referrals, therapy and learning assistance services and although our hourly rates are a fraction of the prices in Malaysian private centers, we still provide subsidized rates to majority of our clients, who belong to the bottom percentile of income earners.
