SCGM Bhd (“SCGM”) was established in 1984 through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lee Soon Seng Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd (“LSSPI”). Over the past 40 years, SCGM and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) has grown significantly to become a leading thermoformed food and beverage packaging manufacturer in Malaysia. On 31 August 2022, SCGM disposed of its entire 100% equity interest in LSSPI, resulting in LSSPI ceased to be a subsidiary of SCGM.
Currently, SCGM is an investment holding company and is in the process of acquiring suitable new businesses/assets to fulfil listing requirements.
