We are urgently looking for suitable candidates for our Client who can work under general supervision, provides support to end-users for PC/Software Product, server or mainframe application, and hardware. May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Assist in simulation and recreation of user problems. May recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.
