I work six days a week with one day off, and we have three shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Through this job, I have learned about teamwork, time management, and leadership. The company's management is top-notch, providing all necessary safety measures for employees. My coworkers are supportive and help each other during work. The most challenging aspect of the job is occasionally having to focus for more than 12 hours without a break. However, the most rewarding part is being able to learn and perform tasks independently, which boosts my self-confidence.
