The company operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 6.30pm, with the possibility of working half days on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm if needed. If TSRs do not meet their daily targets, they are required to stay back until 7.30pm. When I first started in sales, I learned how to achieve my targets and earn monthly commissions. I also learned how to effectively communicate with customers and the management team was supportive and friendly. The work environment is enjoyable and comfortable. The most challenging aspect of the job was my lack of knowledge about insurance during the interview process. It was difficult to persuade customers to choose my plan, but I saw it as a personal challenge to continuously learn and improve.
