In the company, I gained a strong sense of discipline by arriving at work at 7:30 am on Saturdays, as all employees do. The workplace culture is intense and many employees are competitive. The most challenging aspect of the job is grasping the pipeline drawings, which were unfamiliar to me and required assistance from others to understand. The most rewarding part of the job is when the team collaborates to achieve common goals.
