We are fitness centre located at Southkey, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Our fitness center is spanning over of 11,000 square feet of workout area with renovation of modern industrial style design. The entire fitness center is covered with air condition. 

We operate 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm and remain open on most of the public holidays even in Chinese New year or Hari Raya. 

Extensive choice of equipment from renowned brand of Life Fitness, Hammer strength, and Technogym machines for your full body workouts.

We also offer excellent personal training programs that suit your needs and goals. Most importantly, All our trainers go through regular refresher and knowledge up-gradation course.
