Assistant Manager

In my role as an assistant manager at Pusat Internet 1Malaysia, I am primarily responsible for overseeing daily operations such as email correspondence, phone calls, and office management. Through this job, I have gained valuable experience in communication and collaboration with the community, working closely with my fellow managers on a daily basis. The biggest challenge I face in this role is when we experience network connectivity issues or power outages, which can disrupt our daily operations. However, I find the most rewarding aspect of this job to be the pleasant work environment and regular office hours.
