Purple League Sports Management Sdn Bhd (formerly Purple League (M) Sdn Bhd, est. 2014) is supported and sanctioned by the Youth & Sports Ministry and the Badminton Association of Malaysia. The Purple League ecosystem enables opportunities for growth in the badminton industry, as well as towards the success of the sport for Malaysia. The league was created mainly to help fulfil Malaysia’s aspiration of finding the next Malaysian Olympic badminton champion, while creating more value in the industry by generating job opportunities and a stable career path for badminton professionals. The Purple League platform allows world top ranked players and young upcoming talents alike to compete on the same court, providing an unique and invaluable experience to both the players and audiences alike. The Purple League also believes that sports bring people together, and thus envisioning the league as a platform for promoting unity among Malaysians.
