About Prudential Assurance – Vince Tay Organisation

We are one of the developing agency under The Achieve Group, proudly representing Malaysia's Number One insurer Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad.

 

The Achieve Group was found in the year 2001. We have successfully groom a total of 17 outstanding leaders - 1 Senior Agency Manager, 9 Agency Managers and 7 Unit Managers; together with over 200 quality agents and wealth planners.

 

We have 5 departments, namely Leadership Development Department, Corporate Development Department, People Development Department, Career Development Department, and Business Development Department.

 

Our achievements are the fruits of various program launched with the collaboration of every departments. With that, we have achieve up to 145% growth rate with an average of double digit growth each year, for the past 13 years.
