There is a lack of staff to operate the bank at full capacity, so it is currently running at a minimal level. Despite this, management has high expectations for sales performance. As the Customer Service and Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing both the sales and operations departments. I only received induction training from HR and did not receive sufficient training from management.
