Job description

* Welcomes and directs visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; taking messages and ensuring it is delivered accurately.

* Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Assisting in making labels

* To assist Production Manager on Production Reports and Records

* To handling all Production documents and records

* Responsible to update Production Quality Objectives (KPI) and Daily Production Report

* To assist issue purchase order

* To carry out any other duties specified by immediate superior.
