Progresif Lengkap Sdn Bhd (PLSB) is incorporated on November 19, 1996 in Bintulu Sarawak to undertake the development and implementation of safe driver training in Malaysia. In 2004, PLSB has become a subsidiary Company of Harbor Link Group Berhad.PLSB gives highest priority to drivers' safety, thus, in February 2003, PLSB secured an exclusive right to conduct Royal Society for the Prevention of Accident (ROSPA) of United Kingdom drivers training in Malaysia.PLSB is committed to conduct a total risk management approach and putting in place a safety policy, good attitude of people, implement efficient procedures and performance monitoring to the work problems relating to road safety .
