Comprising of 2 high-rise dual-winged residential towers, small-office-home-unit and 2 1/2 storey retail component, was awarded the CNBC Asia Property Awards in the category of Best High Rise Development (Malaysia) for AXIS Crown, a 41-storey residential tower.

Axis Atrium is the retail annexe of Axis Pandan, is expected to be opened for operations (soft launch) soon, whilst the main launch is targeted for mid 2010.
