PRISMA WIRAMAJU SDN BHD (PWSB) is a property manager company that is based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Our company has been established since 2006 and still growing fast.

 

PWSB is wholly owned by private limited Bumiputra Company that was incorporated ynder the Private Agency Act 1971. Our core business are building or buying new properties and renting them out. Currently, PWSB has more than 350 tenants that are actively renting our properties all over Malaysia.

 

We are very committed in providing comfortable and modern house for low income to standard income employee. With the reasonable renting price we include maintenance of the house and building that we owned.
