Our Company is a Property Investment firm based in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The firm’s core business is of Property Investment and the provision of services, which cater specifically to the needs of clients namely property owners, tenants, developers and investors in the selling, purchasing and leasing of properties. We specialise in several property types – industrial factories, warehouses, land, commercial and residential housing including development projects.

With over 3 decades of experience in the property market, we bring to the table, the regional know how and business expertise required. Our specialist team of professionals can offer sound and independent advice always maintaining a personal and client focused perspective in order to help achieve the desired goals.

It is our philosophy to provide an efficient and effective service that will assist our clients to create wealth. By working closely with our clients to make informed and timely decisions, we will locate opportunities to purchase good investments with good returns or identify good prospective tenants with proven track records enabling our clients to maximise returns.

We have always acknowledged the need to have a good understanding of a client’s business in order to provide efficient service, and this is relevant more so in today’s business climate. Whilst many clients may only require individual services at periodic intervals, wherever possible, we endeavour to develop close working relationships with all of our clients. The majority of our instructions are carried out throughout the Klang Valley, but if a particular client’s interests and requirements necessities our involvement in other parts of the country, we will work together with our co agency partners to carry out the instructions.
