PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PMB), a pioneering player in the investment holding sector, was officially established on November 29, 2010. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has led us to become a prominent name in the transportation and infrastructure industry.

On November 29, 2011, PMB achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing the acquisition of PLUS Expressways Berhad's (PEB) assets and liabilities. This strategic move positioned PMB as the holding company overseeing a diverse portfolio of companies, including Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad, Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd (ELITE), Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad (Linkedua), Konsortium Lebuh Raya Butterworth-Kulim Sdn Bhd (KLBK), and TERAS Teknologi Sdn Bhd (TERAS). Additionally, PMB expanded its reach by acquiring Penang Bridge Sdn Bhd (PBSB) from UEM Builders Berhad.

As part of our comprehensive corporate strategy, PMB established Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary, on July 27, 2011. This subsidiary played a pivotal role in streamlining the management of all highway concessionaires under a single entity. The successful consolidation of all five highway concession assets was concluded on January 12, 2012.

Today, following the successful acquisition and consolidation, PMB proudly holds the title of being the largest toll expressway operator in Malaysia. Our extensive network and dedication to enhancing the country's transportation infrastructure make us a prominent player not only in Malaysia but also in South East Asia, further solidifying our position as an industry leader.
