We operated a French , Italian Fusion restaurant known as The White Label in Singapore. We are looking for a Head Chef to start a Chinese Cuisine with semi fine dining presentation. Chef needs to work well with new environment, strategic kitchen planning, adaptive to creating new dish every month.
