I previously held a position as an Operator before transitioning to a Technician. I decided to resign from the company due to difficulties in communication with other technicians. They did not provide me with opportunities for improvement and often unfairly blamed me for mistakes I did not make. Additionally, my colleagues did not collaborate well with me and failed to properly train me. Despite these challenges, I still managed to fulfill my duties as a Technician.
