Job Overview:
This is a long-term contract role with our growing AI tech company. We are looking for a professional and dedicated Project Assistant to manage our 3-layer document authentication pipeline. Unlike a one-off task, this role offers a monthly retainer fee plus additional project incentives as our case volume grows.

Contract, 12 Months, 10 hours per week

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation: Must own a car or motorcycle for travel between Putrajaya and KL.
Professional Image: Strict adherence to Government Dress Code (Formal attire, collared shirt, long pants, closed shoes).
Integrity: High level of punctuality and trustworthiness.
Identity Verification: MUST be willing to provide an IC scan for official Authorization Letters required by the Ministry.
Commitment: Able to commit to a 4-trip cycle over a 2-week period for each authentication case.

Remuneration & Benefits:

Monthly Retainer: RM 500 per month. This base fee covers up to 5 full authentication cases (MOE, Wisma Putra, TECO). The RM 500 is a guaranteed monthly payment, even if there are fewer than 5 cases in that month.
Volume Incentive: For any additional cases beyond the first 5 in every month, an extra project fee will be paid per case (rate to be finalized in the contract).
Full Reimbursement: 100% coverage for official government fees, parking, and toll (reimbursed monthly with receipts).
Petrol Subsidy: Mileage claim at RM 0.60/km for all work-related travel.
Stability: A 1-year contract providing consistent monthly side income.
Performance Bonus: Extra incentives for zero-error completion and proactive communication.
