About Pertubuhan Bantuan Teknikal Insaf Malaysia

INSAF can be translated in English as ‘’awareness’’ or ‘’consciousness’’.

While he was deployed as a volunteer in various countries affected by earthquake, tsunami and other natural disasters, the founder of Insaf Malaysia was surprised by the lack of Malaysian technical relief organizations. Although emergency medical relief is vital – shelter, clean water, sanitation and a sensible food program are just as important for the communities affected by natural disasters. Hence the idea of the formation of a new organization specialized in technical relief.

Thus Insaf Technical Relief Malaysia (Insaf Malaysia) was born and although it took a while to come together, Insaf Malaysia was registered with the Register of Societies in June 2011.
