About J-Biotech

Established since 2006, Johor Biotechnology and Biodiversity Corporation (J-Biotech) is a statutory body under the purview of the Johor State Government, operates under the supervision of the Chief Minister of Johor, who is also J-Biotech’s Chairman. J-Biotech is a dedicated and professional government agency to spearhead the growth of the biotechnology industry in Johor. J-Biotech acts as the catalyst and driver for the biotech industry development in Southern Malaysia.

 

At J-Biotech, we take pride in offering our services as the One-Stop-Centre for the biotech industry to transform Johor into a bioeconomy hub at regional level.  J-Biotech works closely with various government agencies such as the Johor State Investment Centre (JSIC) Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation (BiotechCorp) and Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) to facilitate investments in Johor consistent with the BTP by helping you to receive the support and assistance available such as human capital, location of operations, incentives, immigration related matters, IP advisory and regulatory services.
