I gained valuable knowledge from my superiors and colleagues. The management is strict, but the bosses have a pleasant attitude. I learned a lot about housekeeping procedures and the cleanliness standards required by the management. The most challenging aspect of the job is having to walk for 10 hours with only a 10-minute break. However, the enjoyable part is meeting new people and making friends.
