During my 4-month internship at Penawar Express Line Berhad, I worked in various departments including finance, operations, and management. In the finance department, I handled money float distribution to operators for transactions and calculated manual boarding pass fees. Additionally, I monitored bus drivers and ensured the buses were in good condition in the operations department. I also assisted customers in purchasing bus tickets using the new kiosk technology at Larkin Sentral. In the management department, I helped the Human Resource manager with staff salary calculations and job descriptions.
