During my internship at Penang Global Tourism, I initially struggled with low confidence in communicating with people. However, through the responsibilities assigned to me, I was able to improve my confidence and effectively communicate with tourists from various countries. I also gained valuable experience in managing the tourist information center and had the opportunity to work at Penang International Airport. Interacting with a diverse range of individuals greatly enhanced my communication skills, and I am grateful to Penang Global Tourism for helping me become more confident in my interactions with others.
