Pastry Institute of St Honoré at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur is the premier institution of French pastry arts education. Detailed and practical instruction, high quality equipment, and first grade ingredients enable the founder, Master Pastry Chef Frederic Oger to uphold an exceptional educational facility for all things sweet and baked. The school represents classic pastry techniques with modern innovations and provides a creative and supportive community where passionate individuals can immerse themselves in the art of French Patisserie.
Our mission is to equip our students with the most essential knowledge and hands-on approach. Our programs are based on French apprenticeship methodology focusing on cause and effect, reaction of different ingredients, a bit like laboratory work. Students will play with different flavours, ingredients and ultimately the techniques on how to dress up the products.
We provide part-time to full-time courses, from Basic Certification to Advanced Diploma level.
Our other range of businesses extends to Made to Order pastries and Consulting Services.
Our Made to Order pastries use the finest and freshest ingredients, freshly baked to ensure maximum shelf life. From classic to modern French pastries, we also provide catering for special events.
Our Consulting Service is our way of sharing our passion and experience in helping others build and realize their vision. From menu creation, product development, training to catering, Pastry Institute of St Honoré's aim is to develop and expand our clients' concept, style and ideas.
