About Parker Bridge Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Recruitment Firm)

Parker Bridge began trading in Bangkok in 2008 and in Malaysia in 2015.  Parker Bridge also has offices in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand which commenced trading in 1997. 

 

In 2011 we joined with a UK consultancy providing recruitment services to recruiters, mainly via the website www.recruitmentTraining.com, which offers hundreds of recruitment videos 100% dedicated to the recruitment industry.

 

In addition, in 2014, we partnered with a UK software business in order to offer clients access to a retained service that enables clients to enjoy in excess of a 96% new employee retention ratio over 12 months which we have branded Parker Bridge Intro. In addition our graduate division offers a unique recruitment scheme providing a solution to the challenges faced by corporate businesses in Asia seeking overseas educated graduates. We are building a system to enabling clients to access applicants online (using video and psychometric  testing), which will be delivered in 2015.
