This is an excellent facility for exercising, with a wide variety of cardio and strength equipment, as well as numerous classes available such as Muay Thai, MMA, spinning, Zumba, boot camp, TRX, yoga, functional training, small group sessions, and one-on-one personal training. The changing rooms and shower area are clean, and there is also a steam bath and sauna. The customer service staff and personal trainers are friendly and welcoming.
