Role Overview

The HR & Administration Executive supports both human resources and administrative operations within the organization. This role includes managing employee-related processes, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing a bridge between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
Manage employee attendance, leave applications, and payroll-related documentation.
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions under supervision.

Administrative Support:

Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations, including inventory management, stationery, and supplies.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office upkeep.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
Oversee office security, IT support coordination, and facility management.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare HR reports, including recruitment updates, attendance records, and performance reviews.
Maintain and archive company documentation, contracts, and confidential records.
Ensure proper documentation of administrative expenses and budgets.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
Assist in audits, including HR and administrative compliance checks.
